Dear brother, you are allowed to combine the Zhuhr and `Asr prayers, or the Maghrib and `Ishaa' prayers, during the time of either prayer, if you are in one of the following circumstances:

1- During travelling.

2- During rainfall.

3- It is permissible to combine prayers due to rain. 

4- It is permissible to combine prayers while being a resident in order to avoid difficulty and hardship. 

5- It is permissible for a woman in a state of istihadah (abnormal uterine bleeding) to combine her prayers.
