Offering Prayer in a Non-Muslim House

It was narrated that Jabir bin `Abdullah said: “The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: ‘The earth has been made for me a place of prostration and a means of purification, so wherever a man of my Ummah is when the time for prayer comes, let him pray.'”

According to the previous hadith, is it allowed to pray in the houses of disbelievers? If so, what are the conditions?
