How Can One Offer the 4 Rakahs Sunnah Before Zhuhr Prayer?

Sunnah Before Zhuhr Prayer

Um Habibah (the wife of the Prophet) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said: “A house will be built in Paradise, for anyone who prays in a day and a night twelve rak`ahs”. (Muslim)

`A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) never omitted four rak`ahs prayer before the Zhuhr (Noon) prayer and two rak`ahs prayers before Dawn (Fajr) prayer.” (Al-Bukhari)

Each prayer has a sunnah prayer attached to it. We know that Zhuhr (Noon) prayer has 4 rak`ahs sunnah prior. How should these 4 rak`ahs be performed? Should they be performed all together like Zhuhr prayer? or should they be performed in twos?
